Behaviour

At IRIS Adapt, we understand that behaviour tracking isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. Whether you’re running a mainstream primary school or a special school catering to students with complex and profound needs, your requirements are unique. That’s why we’ve designed the IRIS Adapt system to adapt to your specific needs, ensuring you get exactly what you require – no more, no less.

Unlike other behaviour tracking applications, we don’t offer a one-size-fits-all solution. With IRIS Adapt, we create behaviour tracking logs from scratch for each of our customers; no two forms are exactly the same, ensuring that the system aligns perfectly with your school’s needs. Whether you follow Team Teach, PROAct SCIPr UK, or any other positive handling protocols, we will customise your IRIS Adapt behaviour log to fit. Customisation can include any number of specific fields, such as pupil mood or setting events. You can also capture full details of any positive handling or physical intervention. We use language and layout that your staff are already familiar with, making the transition to Adapt as easy as possible.

When setting up your behaviour log we don’t just focus on the content; we also consider your existing or desired workflow routines. Whether you have staff debriefs, Behaviour Lead sign-offs, or other routines in place, we can accommodate them. Your IRIS Adapt behaviour log supports auto and ad hoc alerts, ensuring that the right people are informed at the right time.

With IRIS Adapt, you have access to our class-leading analysis tools that provide detailed, in-depth analysis of your behaviour data. This invaluable feature allows you to make better informed decisions about school planning and individual pupil behaviour plans.

IRIS Adapt – a solution that’s as unique as you are!

"Behaviour is recorded, tracked and monitored through IRIS. Trends and triggers can be analysed which informs our Risk Reduction Plans to support individual students. Interventions and further support/ provision can be put into place to support our young learners. In turn, we see reductions in behaviours."

"Within a Special School setting it is important to have the data around dysregulation …. [IRIS] allows us to adapt strategies and respond with interventions or changes to provision. Following these adaptations we can then go back to the data and consider how effective these changes were."
