The IRIS Adapt Platform: The Comprehensive Data Solution for MATs and LAs

Are you managing a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) with a handful of schools or a Local Authority overseeing a larger network of educational institutions? Regardless of the size of your operation, IRIS Adapt is your optimum data-sharing solution. Our Adapt platform facilitates seamless data collection and collaboration across your entire organisation.

Tailored Data Capture Forms: At IRIS Adapt, we understand that every situation is unique. That’s why we offer fully customisable data capture forms designed to suit your specific requirements. No matter what information you need from your schools, we’ve got it covered.

Effective Data Partitioning: Be confident that your data is confidential. Our Adapt platform partitions the data, so each site only has access to its own information. However, your central MAT team or Local Authority retains global access to all aggregated data; enabling you to readily filter and analyse data for a specific site or even an individual pupil.

Real-Time Collaboration: One of the Adapt platform’s unique features is the two-way information flow. Any comments or updates made centrally are instantly available to the person entering the report, facilitating efficient communication and data sharing across your organisation.

Advanced Access Control: We offer custom alerts, highly sophisticated access controls, and custom workflow features to empower you with the tools needed to manage your data effectively. With IRIS Adapt, you’ll have a powerful and cost-effective solution to meet all your data collection needs.

Experience the future of data management with IRIS Adapt – a solution that’s as unique as you are.

How it works for Altus Education Partnership

The Altus Education Partnership is a Multi Academy Trust (MAT) and was established in April 2017 by the governing body of Rochdale Sixth Form College, an outstanding A level provider. The college was awarded outstanding status by Ofsted in 2013 and again in 2022 and has developed a national reputation for excellence, having been used in Ofsted case studies for sharing best practice. Currently the MAT consists of one primary school, two secondary schools and the VI Form college.

Across the MAT, we have implemented a suite of reporting forms designed to cater to various incidents and observations. The comprehensive suite includes a fully featured custom Accident log, equipped with detailed fields for accidents, injuries, witnesses, and any subsequent investigations. The system triggers custom alerts based on specific details provided in the accident form. Also included are a Minor Accident form, a Near Miss / Dangerous Occurrence form, and an Observations form for the noting of any marks or bruises on children for which there is no obvious explanation or which they were observed to have on arrival at school.
