Local Authority School Behaviour Management Software

With IRIS Adapt, you can implement fully customisable data capture forms to reflect the information that matters most to your teams, across safeguarding, behaviour, attendance, interventions, or wellbeing.

Each setting operates its own secure version of the platform, but your central team retains full visibility of the aggregated data, allowing for oversight, compliance checks, and performance analysis across your provision.

Our platform also supports robust data partitioning, ensuring that schools and services only access the information relevant to their site, while the Local Authority maintains secure, centralised access.

This allows you to monitor key trends, track individual pupil progress, and respond to concerns in real time, all while maintaining data protection standards.

IRIS Adapt supports seamless collaboration between local teams, schools, and external professionals. Any updates made centrally, such as changes to safeguarding procedures or reporting expectations, are immediately visible to local users, helping you ensure consistency and adherence to statutory duties.

Alerts, workflows, and permissions can be tailored to align with your protocols and escalation routes, reducing the risk of missed information and improving your response times.

Whether you’re managing a small number of settings or a large portfolio of services, IRIS Adapt brings clarity and control to your data. Our team works closely with each Local Authority to shape a system that reflects your unique structure, priorities, and responsibilities, providing a future-proof solution to modern educational oversight.

How it works for Altus Education Partnership

The Altus Education Partnership is a Multi Academy Trust (MAT) and was established in April 2017 by the governing body of Rochdale Sixth Form College, an outstanding A level provider. The college was awarded outstanding status by Ofsted in 2013 and again in 2022 and has developed a national reputation for excellence, having been used in Ofsted case studies for sharing best practice. Currently the MAT consists of one primary school, two secondary schools and the VI Form college.

Across the MAT, we have implemented a suite of reporting forms designed to cater to various incidents and observations. The comprehensive suite includes a fully featured custom Accident log, equipped with detailed fields for accidents, injuries, witnesses, and any subsequent investigations. The system triggers custom alerts based on specific details provided in the accident form. Also included are a Minor Accident form, a Near Miss / Dangerous Occurrence form, and an Observations form for the noting of any marks or bruises on children for which there is no obvious explanation or which they were observed to have on arrival at school.
